A Canvas of Possibilities

I am a mixed media artist with a love for all things art. My work reflects who I am and how I am feeling in the moment. The smell of fresh paint in my studio and the splatter of aqua green acrylic across a bright white canvas just makes my heart happy! Mixed media art is one of my favorite ways to express myself. It encompasses all the mediums I love to work with from acrylic paint, watercolor, and ink, to repurposed papers, fabric, plaster and clay. I have always enjoyed learning as many different art forms as I had access to, from a very early age. Cake decorating, watercolor, graphic design, ceramics, and other various forms of 2D and 3D arts, all giving me the technical skills and inspiration for the pieces I currently create.   

  My Blooming Art is a culmination of my creative journey through years of studying many art forms independently, as well as completing my Fine Art Degree from Northwest College. My goal is to use my years of experience to help others begin or continue on their own creative path and experience the same joy that I have come to appreciate through the artistic process.  I invite you personally to join me in my little studio, and see where the creative process takes you!
